Ad Hoc - HOA Dues: Dennis Bosch, Chair
Cory Williams, Debby Moreland, Marty Ohap, Dennis Bosch (chair), Craig Warner (ex-officio)
With a significant increase in the cost of living, it was noted that HOA funds had declined consistently over the past several years, and an increase in the homeowners' dues was necessary in order to meet all expenses and allow an adequate amount of reserve funds to meet any future needs. Craig Warner appointed Dennis Bosch to chair a special HOA Dues committee to conduct a review and research anticipated future expenses to determine an adequate dues increase that would be required to maintain all of our current services and cover potential unanticipated expenses over the next few years, noting there had been no increase in HOA dues since 2006. The findings of this committee and the proposed homeowners dues were presented to the membership at the June 6, 2022, semi-annual meeting, and an increase of $20.00 per month was approved by a majority at the annual business meeting in November 2022 to became effective January 1, 2023, inreasing the monthly dues from $95.00 to $115.00. Dues may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually. Quarterly invoices in the amount of $345.00 are sent electronically from the Treasurer, due on the first of January, April, July, and October each year to all members with email.
